Celebrate the golden age of British motoring, with over 150 classic cars and the chance to drive the ones you or your parents once loved.
This is no ordinary car museum. Instead of viewing classics from a distance, you’ll embark on an interactive, story-led journey through the rise, fall, and revival of the British motor industry. With over 150 classic cars brought to life by engaging audio and visual guides, it’s a fascinating trip down memory lane for all ages.
The collection was born from founder Richard Usher’s realisation that the everyday cars we all grew up with – from Morris Minors and Ford Corsairs to Escorts, Cortinas and Sierras – have almost vanished from our roads. Seeing them again sparks waves of nostalgia… but the museum goes one step further.
If you wish, you can book a drive in one of these iconic cars. Pre-booked drives can be arranged online at drivedadscar.com for the date of your trip, and some pay-on-the-day opportunities may also be available. Please remember: bring your email confirmation and drivers must bring a valid driving licence.
Your ticket includes return coach travel and entry to the museum, so all you need to do is enjoy a wonderful day celebrating Britain’s motoring heritage.
