After a quick coffee stop en route, we’ll continue north to the stunning lakeside town of Windermere, where a full day of exploring awaits. From peaceful lake views to charming streets and attractions, there’s plenty to enjoy at your own pace.
Why not visit the Beatrix Potter Exhibition, take a relaxing cruise on the lake, or wander through the town’s independent shops? If you’re in the mood for a leisurely lunch, you’ll find plenty of cosy cafés and local eateries to choose from. You can also visit the impressive Windermere Jetty Museum, celebrating life on and around the lake with beautifully restored boats and fascinating displays.
